Key Purpose of the Role:

The candidate will work collaboratively to implement product functionality that is secure, scalable, robust, and easy to deploy and maintain.

Key Tasks:

1. Take full ownership of the product features to implement, review the quality of the code, and provide bug fixes, write tests and tooling for those features, to ensure they work well at a cloud-scale

2. Work closely with Product Managers to understand and prioritize business requirements and translate them into product development tasks

3. Coordinate with development partners to estimate, plan, track & monitor product development tasks

4. Own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope, and quality

5. Identify & lead technical initiatives to improve performance, scalability & security

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in B2B or B2B web application

2. Having worked in a start-up environment is desirable but not mandatory

3. Good understanding of project architecture and agile software development processes

4. Expertise on Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server, Azure SQL)

5. Knowledge of Client-side scripting - React Js

6. Knowledge of design patterns would be an added advantage

7. Microsoft technology certification will be an added advantage

8. Ability to work across cross-functional & remote teams

9. Ability to handle difference of opinion

10. Assertive demeanour

Supervision & Collaboration:

Report to Head Product Management, and work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
